FLOOD CLAIMS

We only utilize adjusters who have been certified by the National Flood Insurance Program to handle flood claims.  We provide ongoing training to our managers and adjusters to ensure that all of the NFIP and WYO guidelines are met.  Claims Consultants LLC has a large roster of flood adjusters that are trained and certified and who are ready to respond and handle your flood claims where & whenever the need arises.  They will ensure that all of the NFIP guidelines are met. Our adjusters are certified in Residential, Mobile Homes, Small/Large Commercial and Condominiums. Our adjusters are proficient in multiple estimating programs for flood and we utilize the software you prefer.

TPA

Claims Consultants LLC offers professionalism at all levels of Third Party Administration Service. Our staff is proficient in Policy Interpretation, Claims Management, File Reviews and Customer Service. Claims Consultants can offer a quality and cost-effective way of handling your claims with an off-site solution to help maintain cost control for an effective claim results. We provide this service nationwide to our clients for their day-to-day business and operations. In our central office, we have the platform and ability to handle from ten to ten thousand claims. Our years of providing TPA staff have created a proficiency in Claims Management, Policy Interpretation, File Reviews and Customer Service delivering a service needed for our clients. Our capabilities and capacity are due to our experienced staff and team utilizing one of the most state-of-the-art Web Based claims tracking systems that allows them to be in the know at all times.   The system also allows the Client and their personnel to track and monitor claims, notes, and updates from the assignment to completion if desired. Mobile Home Claims

Claims Consultants’ team of qualified adjusters are fully trained to handle Mobile Homes.  Our adjusters and staff are proficient in Mobile Home policy interpretation, claims management and customer service. Claims Consultants claim review staff and adjusters have specialized expertise and experience in Mobile Home claims that enhances their capabilities to settle the loss fairly to all parties. For Total Losses, we utilize NADA evaluations, local comparison replacement pricing and your guidelines for reaching a settlement with the Insured.

Excess & Surplus Line Claims

Because of the ability to design specific and unique insurance coverages for emerging new businesses and markets, Claims Consultants LLC is here to assist with those unique claims generated from that market. Claims Consultants LLC experience in working speciality lines of insurance claims such as Excess & Surplus along with niche markets has given our office and field staff experience needed to complete these losses successfully with a complete and thorough report. 

Inland Marine Claims

Claims Consultants LLC understands Inland Marine Claims; businesses have become ever more complex in nature and have unique demands to ensure their products and that requires an adjusting firm with specialized experience to service the claim. Equipment Claims

When equipment is not repairable or cost prohibitive to repair, we specialize in helping determine total loss value and the disposal of salvage Construction Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, and Industrial Equipment to minimize costs and increase customer satisfaction. Our Adjusters/Appraisers have the expertise and experience to write claims and work with repair facilities to enable an accurate assessment of the damages and repair for Construction Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, and Industrial Equipment to minimize costs and increase customer satisfaction.

General Liability / BI Claims

Our adjusters will research and investigate the facts & details to compile a report to include scene investigations and recreation of the event to provide a report that is complete and understandable to our Clients. Our goal is to determine the complete claim of Who, What, When, Where and How.

Marine Claims

Due to the intricacies of these claims, we use experienced Marine Adjusters on our Marine Claims Team, and on those occasions necessary we utilize Marine Surveyors from our extensive nationwide list.
